Service Description

At Beyond Hearing we provided the latest hearing technology from the world leading manufacturers - GN Resound, Oticon, Phonak, Signia, Unitron, Widex, and others. We can also service most of the manufacturers available in the current market.


Cancellation Policy

Please, be mindful of your time and our professional care time. We know that unforeseen events may happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please, we kindly ask you to contact us at least 24 hours in advance. LATE CANCELLATION (< 24 hours): A 50% fee of the service cost is charged. This is meant to partially compensate the service provider for the resources or time allocated to you. NO SHOW (failure to show up without prior notice): A 100% fee of the service cost is charged. This is a more stringent policy because the service provider has reserved time and resources that were left unused due to the no-show. For EARWAX REMOVAL (Microsuction) service: We recommend the use of an earwax softener 2 days before your appointment.* If the cerumen is too hard to remove, you may be recommended to use an earwax softener and return for another appointment or be referred for alternative removal methods. Fees apply. *Contraindication: the possibility of nonintact tympanic membrane, ventilation tube present, and an active ear infection. HEARING EVALUATION for CHILDREN: It is recommended to book morning appointments for children.
