Service Description

Consultation to discuss your hearing concerns and history, visual inspection with video otoscopy, hearing test battery, results explained, and recommendations. This service may incur a medical report, Medicare or private health insurance rebate, and a medical request is required. All referrals are welcome. An electronic copy of the audiology test results will be sent to your nominated health care professional. If a hearing report is required without a medical request, a $55 fee applies.

Please, be mindful of your time and our professional care time. We know that unforeseen events may happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please, we kindly ask you to contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
